May 3, 2012 Trade Update – Oops, I did it again!

Hi All,

I closed out the May M3 trade today .

If you remember I entered the trade late, around 30 days out,  AND, I started with 1 contract and then added another one later when the initial trade was up around $250. Because of these factors, I lowered my profit target on the whole trade from $1000 to $750.

I ended up exiting the position with $748 after commissions, Oh that was so close!

As for final return numbers?

Planned capital ($10,000 ) return 7.48%

Actual capital ($8011) return 9.34%

I plan on entering June tomorrow and will include that as well as recap the week in the weekly trade update over the weekend.
